Purpose of the Project
The purpose of this project was to showcase how a complex mixed-use development can be distilled into a concise, investor-ready pitch deck that supports quick understanding and confident evaluation.
Large urban developments often involve layered narratives around design, location, and long-term value. This deck demonstrates how those elements can be organized into a logical, scannable presentation suitable for discussions with equity partners and stakeholders.
Design Approach
For this project, I focused on four key areas:
Investor-Oriented Flow
Slides follow a logical progression used in real-world development pitches, moving from overview and location to vision, program, and value creation.Clarity Over Complexity
Content was intentionally high-level, avoiding financial modeling and assumptions while emphasizing hierarchy, spacing, and readability.Architectural & Contextual Emphasis
Visuals and layout highlight the project’s relationship to its historic academic setting and surrounding neighborhood.Consistent Visual System
Typography, layout, and spacing were kept consistent across slides to reinforce professionalism and cohesion.
